Sobusa Gula-Ndebele
Sobusa Gula-Ndebele established the firm in 1995. He is a graduate of the University of Zimbabwe, having obtained a Bachelor of Law (Honors) (BL Hons) in 1987, and a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) in 1988. He is a registered legal practitioner, notary public and conveyancer, and has ranging experience in all areas of legal practice, with a strong bias towards Commercial legal practice. He was also Attorney General of Zimbabwe from 2005 to 2008. He has also served on various Committees and Boards of both private corporate entities and public enterprises.
Lorraine Nokuthokoza Ndebele
Lorraine is a registered legal practitioner and conveyancer. She holds a Bachelor of Laws Degree from the University of Zimbabwe, which she attained in 2018. She was admitted to partnership in December 2022 having been a professional assistant from 2018. Lorraine has considerable experience in litigation, conveyancing and the administration of deceased estates. Lorraine is currently a non-executive board member for RAPT (Rehabilitation and Prevention of Tuberculosis.
Trevor Mkhululi Ndebele
Trevor is a Legal Practitioner admitted to practice in Zimbabwe and Botswana. He holds an LLM in Corporate and Commercial Law from the University of Auckland, New Zealand, MBA from the National University of Science and Technology and LLBS from the University of Zimbabwe. Trevor has experience in private legal practice as well as in in-house legal and executive roles. His areas of interest include corporate advisory, commercial transactions, trade and investments and general business law.
